Independent venture and strategy studio

We build ventures, develop original ideas and help organisations solve complex problems.

Sometimes that means making a product of our own. Sometimes it means working out an approach nobody has written down yet. Sometimes it means sitting with an organisation until a difficult question has a workable answer.

Two directions, one studio

Two directions. Same instinct.

01 · Our own ventures

We build our own things.

We spot opportunities, develop the idea and take responsibility for making it real. The product, the audience, the pricing, the launch: all of it is ours to work out.

Some of them are live products people use today. Others are frameworks we are still writing.

02 · For organisations

We work with organisations.

We help ambitious organisations make progress on complex challenges, bringing fresh thinking, strategic experience and a practical route forward.

Particularly when the answer isn't obvious and the usual approaches aren't enough.

Work with us

The two feed each other. Making our own products keeps the advice honest. Working inside organisations sharpens what we build.

The strategic side

Big ideas need more than big thinking.

Complex challenges rarely sit inside one team, one budget or one established way of working. Most of our experience comes from places where that was true.

01

Strategy with real-world consequences

Helping shape major strategies and turning long-term ambition into clear priorities, a delivery framework and outcomes you can actually measure.

02

Making organisations work better

Navigating complex programmes, operating models and change, including the parts that sit awkwardly between teams.

03

Getting people moving together

Working across organisational boundaries, aligning what each partner contributes and making shared ambitions hold up in practice.

Evidence, not adjectives

At The Football Association, Luke led the development of the National Grassroots Strategy for 2024 to 2028, taking it from consultation through to the final strategy, delivery framework and measurable outcomes.

This is Luke's professional track record. The FA is not a client or partner of No Full Stop.

Where we are useful

Some problems don't come with instructions.

We tend to be most useful when something is complicated, unfamiliar or difficult to move, and when a fresh perspective needs to be matched with practical action.

01

You have got a big ambition, but no clear route to get there.

You need to develop a strategy, decide what matters most, or turn a broad ambition into something deliverable.

02

Everyone agrees on the destination, but nobody agrees on the journey.

You need to align organisations, clarify who contributes what, and make a partnership work outside the meeting room.

03

Something needs to change, but the current model is not working.

You need to challenge assumptions, rethink an operating model or navigate a significant piece of organisational change.

04

There is an idea worth pursuing, but it has not become something real.

You need to explore the opportunity, develop the concept and work out how to move from possibility into action.

None of these are fixed packages. They are the kinds of conversations worth having.

How we work with organisations
Luke Baker, founder of No Full Stop

Behind the studio

Built on curiosity. Backed by experience.

No Full Stop is Luke Baker's studio. He has led national strategy work at The Football Association, built a virtual escape-room business from almost no capital into the UK's largest at its peak, and turned several ideas of his own into products people use.

The appetite is the same in all of it: get underneath the problem, then make something that actually helps. No Full Stop is deliberately small. The person you speak to is the person doing the work.

Say hello

Got something stubborn?

An idea you can't quite shake. A challenge that refuses to fit the usual answers. Or simply something you would like to look at from a different angle.

We would like to hear about it.
